Fees once paid are non-refundable, except as stated below or as specifically approved by the Management at its sole discretion.
Duplicate, excess or failed online payments are refunded by Cheque within 7–10 working days after verification; claims must be emailed to stk-vasna@stkabirschool.com within 30 days with the transaction ID.
Successful online payments cannot be cancelled; any Student deposit is refunded on the student leaving, after adjusting dues.
All refund and cancellation matters are subject to the discretionary power of the Management, whose decision is final, subject to applicable law; this policy may be amended at any time.
